Throwing a celebration for thousands of our closest friends and neighbors is no easy task. The donation of money, goods, services and time is what makes the Estacada Fourth Of July Celebration possible! Estacada has Talent and just the man to coordinate it.   Richard Bodreau,  Mr. Computer Systems, and neon culpa have graciously provided our Big Bang 4th of July  professional entertainment at no cost for the past three years.  Neon culpa is a phenomenal band with Charlie, Eric, Hank & Benji touring coast to coast with groups such as Everclear and have drawn  a huge cheering fan base.  Thank you for donating your day setting up and maning the sound stage and expertise to Estacada’s national celebration. The amazing and wide variety of entertainment was provided by the exotic Soul Fire Sisters Bellydance, Later Day  Band, Rokopolis, Subliminal Messages, the Fireside Six , Dan & Clee Richardson (back from Arkansas) and of course neon culpa.  They  were all wonderful performances.  Bravo!! Ralph Hatley and Beaver Oaks Airport Drop Zone Skydivers wowed us with two astonishing parachute drops with the last displaying the American Flag.  Their skill and expertise donated every year is appreciated.  Thanks again to Ralph and crew. Joe Randall, Bruce Platt, George Youngberg, Kurt Randall, Jesse Randall & Jim Randall provided the man and machine power to mow and disc the fields making the Fire Chief happy every year.  George Youngberg also supplied the light towers.  The costs entailed makes theirs a large donation indeed.  Thank you so much. Harmony Baking & Figaro’s fed the Pyro Crew every day, above and beyond the call of duty.  Subway provided a gratifying lunch & The Country Restaurant fed the Crew a spaghetti dinner.  Yum.  Their continued support is valued.  Thank you. The Pyro Crew spent at least 4 vacation days and nights in the dirt; digging, tying and securing the fireworks by hand with a visiting coyote.  Rocky Skoog, Shane Jones, Melanee Jones, Wayne Lerch, Chad White, Casey Skoog, Jeremy Bennett, & Kim Jobin are the seldom seen stars of the show who really deserve a round or two or three of applause.  Their dedication to this extremely difficult job is priceless.   It was a great sky show.  Thank you for your invaluable work.  No coyotes were harmed.
